Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how these purchase types work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription product from Terraceutical, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you choose at checkout. You'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Recurring charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

Billing Frequency & Amount

Subscription billing occurs on a recurring schedule based on the plan selected at checkout. Billing intervals may include, but are not limited to:

  • Every 120 days
  • Every 150 days

You will be charged the amount displayed at checkout, which may include applicable taxes and shipping fees, for each recurring billing cycle. The billing amount and frequency will remain consistent unless you modify your subscription or are notified of a change in advance.

Your payment information is stored securely and processed in accordance with our payment processor's security standards.

Shipping for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

You can manage your subscription by:

  • Using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails
  • Accessing your customer account (if applicable)
